Questions
Is Panda a DilutionTracker replacement?
Not exactly. DilutionTracker is a research archive you open in a browser, with dilution risk ratings, warrants, convertibles, ATMs, shelves, pending offers, completed offerings and audited float. Panda is a Windows app: Panda Desk sits next to your DAS or TradingView montage and switches to the ticker you trade, and Panda Scanner is a full-session small-cap scanner. Plenty of small-cap traders use both.
Which one is cheaper?
DilutionTracker, at every level. It has a free Casual plan, and Premium is US$74 a month or US$49 a month billed annually (US$588 a year), with a 7-day free trial. Panda Starter is US$89.90 a month or US$899 a year, and Panda Pro is US$189.90 a month. Prices checked on each company’s site on September 26, 2026.
Do I need DAS Trader Pro to use Panda?
No. Panda Desk and Panda Scanner run on any Windows 10 or 11 PC. The montage link, live today for DAS Trader Pro and TradingView, is what makes Panda Desk follow your ticker; without it you switch tickers yourself.
Is there a free plan?
DilutionTracker has one: Casual, free forever, with fewer data fields than Premium. Panda has no free plan: it has a 7-day free trial with a card on file.
Does Panda run on a Mac?
No. Panda is a Windows 10 and 11 app from the Microsoft Store. DilutionTracker is web-based and runs in any browser.
Can I use both?
Yes, they sit in different hours. DilutionTracker before the open and after the close for research, and Panda during the session, next to your montage.
