What does a dilution tracker do?
It reads a company’s SEC filings and shows the dilution side of the stock: shelf registrations, ATM programs, warrants, convertibles, offerings, float and cash runway, usually with a risk rating. Small-cap traders use it to see how many new shares can reach the market and when.
Which dilution tracker is free?
As of September 26, 2026, AskEdgar, DilutionTracker (Casual) and DilutionWatch have free plans with limits. Panda and snacs.trade have free trials, and Dilutracker’s pricing page lists no free plan.
Which one works with DAS Trader Pro?
Panda Desk links to the DAS Trader Pro and TradingView montage inside the app. AskEdgar data can reach DAS through an open-source script on GitHub that needs Python and an AskEdgar API key. A montage link is not listed on the pages of DilutionTracker, DilutionWatch, Dilutracker or snacs.trade.
Which one runs on a Mac?
AskEdgar, DilutionTracker, DilutionWatch, Dilutracker and snacs.trade run in a web browser, so they work on a Mac. Panda is a Windows 10 and 11 app.
