Refund Policy

Version 2.0 — Effective October 2, 2026

1. The short version

Panda has a 7-day free trial, and charges are not refundable. Try it during the trial: cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. After a charge is made — monthly or annual — it is not refunded, in whole or in part, except where the law requires otherwise.

2. Free trial

The 7-day free trial requires a card but charges nothing up front. The first charge happens automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel before that. One free trial per person and per computer — see the Terms of Service, Section 4.

3. Cancelling

Cancel at any time from your account at tspanda.com/account, or by e-mailing [email protected] from your subscription address. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid, and that period is not refunded.

4. Consumers resident in Brazil

The statutory right of withdrawal (art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code) applies where the law grants it — see the Brazil Addendum.

5. Charges made before October 2, 2026

Charges made before October 2, 2026 keep the refund policy in force when they were made (version 1.1).

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us at [email protected] before opening a chargeback. Accounts with open disputes are suspended until resolution.
