Frequently asked questions

Direct answers about Panda Desk, Panda Scanner, data, AI Insight and billing — the same answers our support gives, in writing.

Getting started and requirements

Do I need DAS Trader Pro?

No. Desk, Scanner and charts run standalone. The montage link is the flagship integration — DAS today, more platforms on the roadmap.

What do I need to run it?

Windows 10 or 11. It idles quietly next to DAS.

Does Panda open or close DAS — or any app — for me?

No, never. Panda never opens, closes, types into or controls your trading platform. You link a window once; the overlay reads the symbol and follows. Your platform stays exactly as you left it.

Which brokers work with the DAS link?

Any DAS-based broker: CenterPoint, Cobra, SpeedTrader, SageTrader, Ocean One and others — plus TradingView, live today.

How do I install Panda?

From the Microsoft Store — search “Panda Trading Solutions” or use the Get the app button on this site. Installs and updates are handled by the Store; there is no side-loaded installer.

Panda Desk

What is Panda Desk?

Panda Desk pins the risk read to your trading screen: dilution risk, real float, shelf, ATM, warrants and the news catalyst for the ticker you are trading — pulled from the filings and refreshed the second you switch. By the time the chart loads, the read is already there.

How does the montage link work?

Link the overlay to a montage window once. From then on, every symbol change in that montage re-resolves the overlay in the background — no retyping, no alt-tab. Unlink or relink to another window any time.

Does anything show dilution inside DAS natively?

No. DAS shows price, volume and order flow; it has no filings layer. That is the gap the always-on-top overlay exists to close — the dilution read sits next to the montage instead of in a browser tab.

Panda Scanner

What is Panda Scanner?

Panda Scanner is the session’s memory: it accumulates every mover since premarket — gappers, spikers, halts, SSR, MOMO — so the 7 AM runner is still one click away at noon. Click it and the ticker loads in your linked windows.

What happens to the 7 AM runner by noon?

It stays on the board. The Scanner is a full-session accumulator, not a rolling snapshot: a name that qualified in premarket remains visible with its session stats even after it cools off — that is the point.

Does the Scanner cover premarket and after-hours?

Yes. Accumulation starts in premarket and runs through after-hours, with session-aware columns — premarket levels, session high floors and halt/SSR flags carry through the day.

What are MOMO alerts?

A momentum alert stream: sharp moves, halts and resumes surface as alerts in real time, in premarket, regular hours and after-hours. MOMO is alerts-only by design — the board itself stays the accumulator.

Data

Where does the data come from?

Real-time US market data — pre-market, regular hours and after-hours — plus dilution and filings intelligence built from SEC EDGAR.

Is Panda a broker, or does it give investment advice?

No. Panda Trading Solutions is not a broker, does not give financial advice and never executes orders. It is a data and visualization layer: it shows you what the filings and the tape say, and the decision stays yours.

Are quotes real-time?

Yes — real-time US equities quotes in premarket, regular hours and after-hours.

AI Insight (Pro)

What is AI Insight?

The setup, its levels and the confidence of the read — parsed from the filings, in seconds. It is a written read of the ticker in front of you, generated on demand, with the AI levels plotted on the chart.

Does AI Insight predict prices?

No. It reads structure — filings, float, dilution capacity, catalyst — and writes what the setup is, with levels. It does not predict prices, does not generate buy/sell signals and is not investment advice.

Which languages does AI Insight write in?

English, Portuguese and Spanish — the read arrives in the language your desk runs in.

Plans, trial and billing

How does the trial work?

7 days free with a card on file, on Starter and on Pro. Cancel anytime during the trial and you pay nothing. Every charge has a 7-day no-questions refund.

What’s the difference between Starter and Pro?

Starter is the whole desk: Scanner, Desk overlay, Live Events, charts and modules. Pro adds AI Insight in EN, PT and ES plus the AI levels plotted on the chart. Upgrading is immediate and pro-rata; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the current cycle.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Open Manage subscription (linked in every receipt) — switch between Starter and Pro, move between monthly and annual, update your card, pull invoices or cancel. Hosted by Stripe. Cancellations run to the end of the paid period.

Is there a free version?

No. There is a 7-day free trial on both tiers, and a 7-day no-questions refund on every charge — so trying Panda risk-free is two weeks in practice.

Languages and support

Which languages does the app speak?

The whole desk works in English, Portuguese and Spanish — and on Pro, AI Insight writes its read in your language too.

How do I get support?

Discord is the fastest lane — the official server is linked in the site footer — and email works too: [email protected]. Both are answered by the people who build the product.

Is Panda Trading Solutions related to Panda Trading Systems (PandaTS)?

No. Panda Trading Solutions (tspanda.com, by BACKSIDE) is a Windows companion for DAS Trader Pro made for small-cap day traders. Panda Trading Systems / PandaTS (pandats.com) is an unrelated white-label technology provider for forex and CFD brokerages. Different company, different product.
