Questions
What is the difference between Panda and Dilutracker?
Dilutracker turns SEC filings into dilution reports with the source filing linked: warrants, convertibles, shelf capacity, float and cash runway, plus a screener, watchlists and an API in every plan. Panda is a Windows app: Panda Desk sits next to your DAS or TradingView montage and switches to the ticker you trade, and Panda Scanner is a full-session small-cap scanner.
Which one is cheaper?
Dilutracker’s entry plan. Dilutracker Starter is US$69 a month, Pro US$119 and Business US$299, and its pricing page says annual billing saves up to 28%. Panda Starter is US$89.90 a month or US$899 a year, and Panda Pro is US$189.90 a month. Prices checked on each company’s site on September 26, 2026.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
Dilutracker’s pricing page lists no free plan and no trial as of September 26, 2026. Panda has no free plan either: it has a 7-day free trial with a card on file and a 7-day refund on every charge.
Does Dilutracker link to DAS Trader Pro?
A montage link is not listed on Dilutracker’s pages as of September 26, 2026. Its API can feed your own tools. Panda Desk links to DAS Trader Pro and TradingView inside the app.
Does Panda have an API?
No. If pulling dilution data into your own spreadsheets or code matters to you, Dilutracker includes an API in every plan and Panda has none.
Can I use both?
Yes. Dilutracker for reports, screens and exports, and Panda next to your montage for the ticker you are trading.
