Questions
What is the difference between Panda and DilutionWatch?
DilutionWatch watches SEC EDGAR for new filings on your watchlist and sends an AI summary by email, with a DilutionScore built from shelf capacity, cash runway, float risk, warrant overhang and convertibles, plus FTD, short interest and 13F data. Panda is a Windows app: Panda Desk sits next to your DAS or TradingView montage and switches to the ticker you trade, and Panda Scanner is a full-session small-cap scanner.
Which one is cheaper?
DilutionWatch. It has a free plan, Basic at US$19.95 a month and Premium at US$39.95 a month. Panda Starter is US$89.90 a month or US$899 a year, and Panda Pro is US$189.90 a month. Prices checked on each company’s site on September 26, 2026.
Is there a free plan?
DilutionWatch has one, free forever, with limited lookups, a basic score and a small watchlist. Panda has no free plan: it has a 7-day free trial with a card on file and a 7-day refund on every charge.
Does DilutionWatch link to DAS Trader Pro?
A montage link is not listed on DilutionWatch’s pages as of September 26, 2026; its alerts arrive by email and on its dashboard. Panda Desk links to DAS Trader Pro and TradingView today.
Does Panda send filing alerts by email?
No. Panda shows the dilution side on your screen, next to the montage, for the ticker you are on. If alerts in your inbox for a watchlist are what you need, that is DilutionWatch’s job.
Can I use both?
Yes. DilutionWatch emails you when a watchlist name files, and Panda shows the float, cash and instruments of that ticker next to your montage when you trade it.
