- Needs
- A card on file. Full Pro during the trial; AI unlocks once the card is charged.
- Cancel in the trial
- You pay nothing.
- Eligibility
- One trial per person and per computer.
- Payment fails
- Subscription cancels and access ends at once. You can subscribe again, without a new trial.
Change plan
- Upgrade
- Immediate, pro-rata.
- Downgrade
- At the end of the current cycle.
- Cancel
- Access runs to the end of the period you paid.
- Refunds
- Charges are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
