Panda is a Windows app for small-cap day traders: a movers Scanner, Desk overlays with the dilution picture, and one click that sends a ticker everywhere.

The three pieces

Panda Desk: Overlay window per ticker — float, dilution risk, cash, news, filings, AI read.
Panda Scanner: One board for the whole session — movers, MOMO alerts, watchlist.
Panda Config: Settings, account, and which window follows which click.

Panda Desk: one source

Each Desk window follows one source: a DAS Montage (or other trading platforms) or the Panda Scanner. With DAS alone, the Desk works — the Scanner is optional.
